Colin Jost names a great celebrity to host ‘Saturday Night Live’
Colin Jost, who has worked on “Saturday Night Live” for nearly two decades, has seen many guest hosts visit the comedy show and has some thoughts on who does it best.
The “Weekend Update” advisor appeared on the April 16 episode of the “Table for Two with Bruce Bozzi” podcast, where he dropped a few names.
“Adam Pemandu is very good at table reading,” Jost revealed. Driver has guest hosted “SNL” four times. “He makes choices for all those parts, and interesting choices, the same way Will Ferrell does,” added Jost, saying of Ferrell, “Obviously he knows it in a different way.”
Ferrell was a cast member of “SNL” from 1995 to 2002, and has hosted five times.
Jost also talked about his son, Cosmo, 2, who he shares with wife Scarlet Johansson.
“He’s only 2 years old and he’s a pretty good swimmer actually, like he’s almost free swimming, which is kind of crazy. He’s also a smart, fun kid,” he said.
