Imagine Dragons singer Dan Reynolds thanks fans in new album announcement

Imagine Dragons have announced their upcoming sixth studio album, “LOOM.”

Set for release on June 28, 2024, “LOOM” will be the band’s first new album since Mercury – Acts 1 & 2 in 2022.

Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds penned an extensive caption for the band’s album announcement post on Instagram.

He describes the creative process behind LOOM, “Working on this record was a rollercoaster – as always. Some days the songs come from a place of sadness and heartache and others joy and happiness. Loneliness. Searching. Wanting. Anger. Love.”

“The beauty of songwriting is that it’s always been my journal. It has documented decades of my journey through this strange life.”

Reynolds continued, expressing his gratitude to fans, “And I was lucky enough to create it with my best friends in a band and have you share it with us. Thank you for letting me feel less alone on the planet. For singing with me on the whole world Reminds me that we are all truly one and in this together.

The band will also kick off their North American “LOOM World Tour” this fall in Camden, New Jersey on July 30th.
