“Free everyone”: Kim Kardashian fires Palestinian supporters

During her speech at the OMR business festival in Hamburg, Kim Kardashian was interrupted by Palestinian supporters.

The 43-year-old businesswoman traveled to Hamburg to speak at the OMR digital trade and marketing fair shortly after her surprise appearance at the Met Gala in New York on Monday night.

The Daily Mail has reported that the reality star was heckled by an audience member who shouted “Free Palestine” after she took to the stage.

Security escorted the protesters out while the host apologized to Kim, who replied, “It’s okay,” and added, “Free everyone.”

According to German newspaper Morgen Post, security then escorted the woman out of the venue, which was packed with 7,000 people.

Kim later stated: “I sympathize with the people of Israel and those in Palestine. I sympathize with everyone. All we want is for everyone to feel safe and free.”

“Be safe. And be a good person and treat them the same way you want to be treated. These must be scary times.”

The social media personality made a 40-minute appearance at the event, discussing the success of his company SKIMS and how he built his personal brand to consistently attract global attention.

According to German publication Bild, the cost of the US star’s appearance at the festival, described as an event focused on “information, inspiration and networking in all things digital business”, will exceed €1,000,000.

Kim will personally receive a whopping €700,000, in addition to the cost of his private jet and entourage.

However, according to The Daily Mail, Kim’s payment will actually amount to several million dollars.

The news comes as Israel seizes and closes the Rafah crossing in Gaza, which has raised fears that already scarce food and medical supplies will dwindle and lead to a “catastrophic” humanitarian disaster.

To date, more than 34,789 people, including 14,500 children, have been killed by Israel in Gaza. UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese and former UN human rights official Craig Gerard Mokhiber are among international figures who recognize Israel’s actions as either ethnic cleansing or genocide.

International human rights organizations such as Amnesty International have also declared Israel an apartheid state.
