The Voice season 26: Snoop Dogg and Michael Bublé join as new coaches

NBC’s hit singing competition “The Voice” is gearing up for its 26th season, promising more variety and fun than ever before.

As the current season approaches its two-part conclusion in May 2024, fans can look forward to a fresh batch of talented contestants and some significant changes to the coaching panel.

Country music legend Reba McEntire, who first joined the show as a mega-mentor in season 23, will return as a regular judge.

He will be joined by pop icon Gwen Stefani, a longtime favorite on the show.

Adding to the excitement, NBC has confirmed that the new season will also feature debut coaches Snoop Dogg and Michael Bublé, bringing a variety of musical expertise to the stage.

“Bublé, an unstoppable talent known for his world-class prowess, brings his singular style and vocal power to a dynamic coaching panel,” said a press release from the front in May 2024. Fans of “The Voice” will remember Bublé’s previous work as a season 3 advisor to Team Blake.

Meanwhile, Snoop Dogg, who has been dubbed Coach Snoop in sports, is ready to transfer his coaching prowess from the field to the Voice stage.

As a mega mentor in season 20, he left a significant mark, and now as a coach, he plans to use his industry experience and unique entertainment approach to elevate the competition.

While an official premiere date for season 26 has yet to be announced, NBC plans to revamp the show’s format, building on the innovative dual mentor approach introduced in season 25.

Fans can watch the upcoming season live on NBC on Mondays and Tuesdays, with episodes also available for streaming on Peacock.
